Mind
Dreams act as a bridge between our conscious and subconscious mind. While we sleep, our minds continue to process thoughts, emotions, memories, and experiences, allowing us to tap into hidden aspects of ourselves that may lie beneath the surface. Journaling your dreams will often reveal hidden messages, and recurring patterns.
Body
Dreams are vital to your bodies restorative process. Dreams stimulate neural activity and promote immune function. Two of my favorite bed time meditation are Angels of Sleep on the Insight Timer App and OasisMeditation.com Wee Hours Rescue.
Quote of the month:
“Hope lies in dreams, in imagination, and in the courage of those who dare to make dreams into reality.” ~ Jonas Salk
Spirit
Dreams are regarded as sacred gateways to the realms beyond our waking reality. Dreams can represent encounters with higher consciousness, and can offer spiritual guidance. Before you go to sleep tonight create a receptive state and mark an intention to receive a message by inviting spiritual revelations. Upon awakening become aware of any symbols, new insights or even visitations from loved ones or guides from a spiritual dimension.
